Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground chicken (chicken thighs recommended)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 small slider buns
2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Optional: Lettuce/cucumber slices for topping
Instructions
Mix ground chicken with Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined
Form mixture into 8 equal patties
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
Let rest 5 minutes. Spread remaining honey-mustard sauce on buns
Place patties on bottom buns, top with additional sauce and optional toppings
Broil buns 1-2 minutes for crispy tops before serving
