1.5 lbs Boneless, Skin-On Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering
Sear chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, until golden brown
Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley to the skillet
Simmer herb butter while scraping browned bits from the pan with a wooden spoon
