Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 large flour tortillas
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 oz dry ranch seasoning
1 tbsp butter
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.25 cup sliced green onions
0.25 cup sour cream (optional)
Diced celery (optional)
Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred into fine pieces.
In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
Stir the seasoning mixture into shredded chicken, coating evenly.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle a third of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese onto it.
Top with half the buffalo chicken mixture.
Add a second tortilla to form a patty, cook for 2–3 minutes until golden-brown.
Flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve warm with sour cream, green onions, or optional toppings.

Use rotisserie chicken for time-saving convenience.
