Description

Crispy golden chicken thighs with a savory Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, baked to juicy perfection. Quick prep, minimal effort, and maximum flavor for any occasion.


Ingredients

6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper
Beat the egg in another shallow bowl
Dip each chicken thigh into the egg, shaking off excess, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway
Let rest 5 minutes before serving
