A flavorful and easy wrap filled with sweet chili chicken and fresh vegetables, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
4 tortillas
1 cup lettuce
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup green onions
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Marinate chicken with sauces, garlic, ginger, and spices for 20 minutes.
Cook chicken in a pan for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
Prepare vegetables by slicing and shredding.
Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
Assemble wraps with chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
Roll tightly and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding chili flakes.
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
Best served fresh to maintain texture.
