Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680 g / 1.5 lbs)
150 g (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese
1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (5 g)
½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (20 g)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix Boursin cheese with garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.
Spread mixture over chicken breasts.
Combine breadcrumbs with parmesan and olive oil.
Press breadcrumb mixture onto chicken.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness
Ensure chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally
