Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (170200 g / 67 oz each)

2 cups broccoli florets (180 g / 6 oz), finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100 g / 3.5 oz)

1/2 cup cream cheese (120 g / 4 oz), softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)

1/2 teaspoon paprika (2 g)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (30 g / 1 oz, optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Steam broccoli until tender, drain, and chop finely.

Mix broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, and seasonings.

Cut pockets into chicken breasts.

Stuff each breast with the mixture.

Rub chicken with olive oil and season lightly.

Sear in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.

Transfer to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.

Add mozzarella on top in the last 5 minutes if desired.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure broccoli is well-drained to avoid excess moisture. Do not overstuff the chicken. Use a thermometer for accurate doneness. Customize cheeses for different flavor variations.
