Description

Crispy, golden-brown crescent rolls filled with a savory ranch-seasoned chicken and cream cheese mixture. Easy to make in under 30 minutes, perfect for snacks, meals, or parties.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
4 oz cream cheese, softened (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)
1 tablespoon water (optional for sealing edges)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Unroll crescent dough into rectangles
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture (mix cream cheese with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper) onto each pastry
Top each with a 1 to 2-inch strip of shredded chicken
Fold pastry over the filling, press edges to seal
Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg if desired
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown
Cool slightly before serving

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut
Freeze uncooked rolls on baking sheet, then transfer to a bag before baking
Serve with ranch dip or honey for variety
Storage: Keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days
Can be frozen for up to 2 months
