Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680 g / 1.5 lb)
1/3 cup (80 ml) Dijon mustard
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) salt
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
Place chicken in the baking dish and coat with the glaze.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
Baste halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
Broil for 2–3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Let rest before serving.
