Ingredients
2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
3 tablespoons (45 g) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons (30 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon (5 g) Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
2 tablespoons (30 g) chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, then let cool.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add cooked chicken and sautéed garlic to the mixture.
Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Fold in chopped parsley and optional ingredients if using.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
Adjust seasoning after mixing.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
