Ingredients
400 g (14 oz) pasta
2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken breast
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 g) pesto
1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup (75 g) cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (15 g) fresh basil
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then add cream and milk.
Stir in pesto and seasonings, simmer until slightly thick.
Add chicken, pasta, and tomatoes; mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.
Garnish with basil and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Adjust cream for a lighter or richer sauce.
