Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (700 g / 1.5 lbs)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (3 g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
300 g (10 oz) egg noodles
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (60 g)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (8 g)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Boil noodles in salted water for 7–9 minutes, then drain.
Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Toss noodles in butter sauce and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Serve chicken over buttered noodles and garnish as desired.
Notes
Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
A splash of cream can make the noodles even richer.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
