Description
Juicy, crispy chicken thighs seasoned with herby ranch mix and fragrant garlic. A one-pan wonder that’s quick, affordable, and crowd-pleasing—all without pork or alcohol.
Ingredients
2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with half the ranch mix
In a small bowl, mix remaining ranch seasoning with minced garlic and olive oil
Brush garlic-ranch mixture onto chicken thighs
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side up
Optionally brush Dijon mustard mixed with honey over the thighs
Bake for 40 minutes or until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Notes
For boneless thighs, reduce cook time by 10-15 minutes
If ranch seasoning isn’t available, combine dried dill, parsley, garlic powder, and salt to make a substitute
For extra crispy skin, place chicken on a wire rack during baking
