Ingredients
1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak
4 medium potatoes
5 garlic cloves
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Cube potatoes and sirloin into bite-sized pieces
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
