Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 flatbreads (naan or pita)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
Sliced green onions (optional)
Ranch dressing (optional)
Celery or carrot sticks (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a bowl, mix buffalo hot sauce, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and evenly spread buffalo cheese mixture over each
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce
Divide shredded chicken among the 4 flatbreads and press slightly into the cheese layers
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove and top with sliced green onions
Drizzle ranch dressing over the flatbreads if desired
Serve with celery or carrot sticks for extra crunch
