Description
A restaurant-quality one-pan creamy Tuscan chicken pasta dish with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a rich Parmesan-cream sauce. Perfect for comfort meals with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
12 oz spaghetti (gluten-free optional)
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper
Sear chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through (5–6 minutes per side)
Remove chicken and set aside
In the same pan, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant
Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, sauté until spinach wilts
Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens
Return chicken to the pan, toss with spaghetti and sauce until fully coated
Simmer for 2–3 minutes
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm

Use a gluten-free pasta alternative for a gluten-free version
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
