Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped) plus 1 tsp for garnish
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high
Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side
Transfer chicken to a plate, add butter and garlic to the skillet
Cook garlic until fragrant
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to gentle simmer
Stir in Parmesan until melted
Add chopped basil, salt, and pepper

Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over
