Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground chicken
8 slider buns
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and half the Parmesan
Shape into 8 patties
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan
Bake patties on a tray for 15 minutes
Top each patty with mozzarella and marinara
Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese
Toast buns briefly
Assemble sliders with Parmesan toppings
