Description

Restaurant-quality wraps made with smoky spiced chicken, creamy avocado, and warm flour tortillas. Quick and flavorful, perfect for meals on the go.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 large flour tortillas (12-inch size)
2 ripe avocados
1 cup white rice, cooked
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Season chicken breasts with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper
Grill or sauté chicken until cooked through
Shred chicken into strands
Mash avocados in a bowl
Warm tortillas in oven or on skillet
Spread avocado mixture on each tortilla
Layer cooked rice, black beans, and shredded chicken
