Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 large flour tortillas (12-inch size)
2 ripe avocados
1 cup white rice, cooked
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Season chicken breasts with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper
Grill or sauté chicken until cooked through
Shred chicken into strands
Mash avocados in a bowl
Warm tortillas in oven or on skillet
Spread avocado mixture on each tortilla
Layer cooked rice, black beans, and shredded chicken
Add optional toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese)
Fold and wrap tortillas into burrito shape
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for faster prep
Substitute quinoa or brown rice for added protein
