Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
0.5 cup buffalo sauce
3 tbsp melted butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
0.5 cup ranch dressing
3 cloves minced garlic
Sliced green onions (optional)
Crumbled feta (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and minced garlic until smooth
Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken in a baking dish
Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses
Optional: Sprinkle green onions and feta on top
Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bubbly
Let rest 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Chicken breasts can be used instead of thighs—reduce cook time by 10-15 minutes
For dairy-free version, substitute butter with olive oil and use vegan cheese/ranch
