This melt-in-your-mouth garlic Parmesan chicken slow-cooks to perfect, creamy bliss in your crockpot. A juicy, flavor-packed dish made with minimal effort, ideal for busy weeknights or cozy family meals. Serve with pasta, rice, or baked garlic bread.

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.52 lbs)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
5 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6–7 qt slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Drizzle butter over chicken, then top with Parmesan, garlic mixture, cream cheese cubes, and broth.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks, then gently stir to combine sauce.
Season with additional salt/pepper if needed.

Notes

Use chicken tenderloins for a leaner option.
Add steamed pasta or rice to serve immediately.
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze cooked sauce separately from shredded chicken for 3 months.
