Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Olive oil (1¼ cup)
Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
Poultry seasoning (2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Black pepper (1 tsp)
Lemon zest (1 tsp, optional)
Honey (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper on both sides
